The overall goal of the design team was to achieve a lighting power density (LPD) of 40% below the ASHRAE 90.1-2007 guidelines.
The two different dealerships occupy one building with the support staff office areas separating the sales areas. Too separate the different sales areas, track lighting was utilized in the Subaru showroom while large disc shaped fixtures were used in the Hyundai showroom. Both support staffing/sales areas are illuminated utilizing recessed linear 4” wide fluorescent fixtures.
